Dear dog lovers, dear guest

With our vacation apartments, you and your faithful dog have chosen a wonderful place where you can run and romp in the great outdoors. In order to ensure that the coexistence in our apartments is as peaceful and friendly as we would all like it to be, there are rules of conduct for our 4-legged guests at Residence Ferienwohnungen Santner.

• The entire municipality of Naturno is equipped with sufficient walkways for dogs to do their business. The green areas in & in front of the house are of course taboo, but which dog does that?
• The dog toilet is always disposed of in the dog bags and bins provided.
• We ask for your understanding if the garden area is reserved for our guests and their children to play and sunbathe.
• We ask you to keep your four-legged friend on a leash at all times in the entire vacation home area. No matter how sweet he is, there are still guests who are afraid of your pet.
• To ensure that you and all other guests have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, we ask that your four-legged friend does not make itself heard louder than its owner.
• As a reminder, we would like to point out that the animals sleep on their blankets or dog beds in the room. The sofa, bed and chairs are reserved for the two-legged friends.
• You are welcome to take your dogs onto the balcony/terrace of the apartment, but please do not use it as a substitute for walking them.
• As some of the maids may be a little afraid of your dogs, we ask you to hang the dog sign on the door if you leave your dog alone.
• In the event that it does not work properly, we ask for your understanding if the staff intervene accordingly. After all, they have to make sure that all guests feel comfortable.

We reserve the right to charge for any damage. In addition, a final cleaning fee of 30€ – in addition to the daily dog fee – will be charged, as the apartments have to be cleaned after departure due to the increased cleaning effort.
