Description:
Our fully equipped vacation apartments are located in the center of Naturno.
In the immediate vicinity there are grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shopping facilities and much more.
Our apartments are located in the adjacent building and are all lovingly furnished and fully equipped.
The apartment has 70m² and offers space for 2-4 people.

Important
Prices are for 2 people per apartment per day for stays
of one week or more. These prices include all taxes (except local tax)
as well as all discounts for events, sightseeing tours, cable cars, and
free admission to the outdoor and indoor swimming pools in Naturns (2 guests per apartment).
On January 1, 2014, a local tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue from the local tax is used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events.
The local tax is collected by the accommodation providers per guest and night. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tax. The local tax is payable on departure and is shown separately on the bill.
What else you should know
- The apartment must be vacated by 9:30 am on the day of departure and is ready for occupancy from 2 pm
- Please let us know your approximate arrival time.
- Sunday arrivals are requested to arrive by 1 pm or after 6 pm
- If possible, we ask you to pay the bill the day before departure in cash (max. € 2000), by credit card or bank transfer.
- The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, ATM
- We have free wifi throughout the house
- Smoking is only permitted on the balcony – all our apartments are non-smoking apartments
- Reserved outdoor parking space available
- Standard washing machine available
- For short breaks subject to availability
Cancellation conditions
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
- In the event of cancellation up to one month before the start of the vacation, we charge 80% of the agreed accommodation price.
- If an accommodation unit is canceled on the day of arrival, or if a guest who has booked a room/apartment does not arrive, the entire booked period will be charged.
- In the event of early departure, the full booked period will be charged.
- The deposit will not be refunded.
